Join me creek side at 1398 North Forest at the UB bike path.
this path is about 6,000 steps and takes about an hour and with the added QiGong practice 90 min.
We will be starting with an energy grounding and purge practice, do some walking then stop again and do a QiGong form by the water then finish the path.
Qigong is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental, physical, and spiritual health.
These practices improve your mood, your physical energy, balance and walking just to name a few.
