About the event
In this session we will use our voice in combination with hands on healing to help shify and purge each others energy. If you are unsure about participating in chanting don't worryyou are not required to chant but you probably will ;)
Chanting stimulates the hypothalamus gland that manages:
Body temperature
Hunger and thirst
Sense of fullness when eating
