Join us in these group meditations for self care. There are so many benefits of meditation I can not name them all! Manage stress Increase Self awareness and compassion and change your physical health are just a few. This will be an evolving practice based on the participants interests. Space is limited Feel free to bring any props you may like to work with, Meditation pillow, blanket, yoga mat to try and find what works for you which will evolve as well.
