Our body's are always working hard toward balance .
Reiki is a technique that delivers Life Force Energy , Chi/Qi to the recipient for their body to use as it need.
Medical QiGong is also the delivery of Qi but follows the pathways in which the body is trying to move it for an overall balanced state of physical and emotional health. The only restriction for a MQ session is pregnancy so Reiki is a very good option instead.
