Reiki offering for Veterans

 Reiki benefits the military population and people that have PTSD because it elicits a relaxation response which can be difficult to accomplish on your own.

Through these experiences of complete relaxation we can train our body to become more relaxed in between sessions.

I have set aside time in my practice for 

4 free sessions per month offered to veterans for a free first time Reiki experience and see if this may be a practice they would to add to their Self Care.

Should you choose to move forward with more sessions they will be sliding scale  $20 - $60
